Terms & Conditions
By participating in the Canyon Endurace CF SLX Bike Giveaway, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions and acknowledge that you meet all eligibility criteria outlined below.
1. Sponsorship: The sponsor of this Giveaway is Professional Triathletes Organisation in coordination with Canyon. The Giveaway will be conducted as described in these Official Rules.
2. Eligibility: The Giveaway is open to individuals who enter in accordance with the “How to Enter” instructions below. Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Employees of the Sponsor, its subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, partners, advertising and promotion agencies, and directors (collectively the “Employees”), as well as members of an Employee’s immediate family and/or those living in the same household as Employees, are not eligible to participate.
3. Agreement to Rules: By entering the Giveaway, you agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry at its sole discretion. Participants represent and warrant that they meet the eligibility requirements.
4. Giveaway Entry Period: The Giveaway begins on 15th January at 12:00AM and ends on 22nd January at 09:00AM. Entries must be received within the specified Entry Period to be eligible.
5. How to Enter: To enter the Giveaway, follow the instructions provided on the relevant social media post or web page. Entry methods may include, but are not limited to, liking the post, tagging friends, following specified accounts and completing the webform. Additional details and opportunities for bonus entries may be outlined. Participants are limited to one entry per person.
6. Prizes: Winners will be randomly selected to receive prizes as outlined in the giveaway announcement on the relevant page. Prize values are indicated in USD. Prizes will be shipped to the address provided by the winner, and no cash or alternative substitutions will be permitted, except at the sponsor’s discretion. Winners are responsible for any taxes associated with the prize.
The prize will not be transferable, and the specifications of the prize will be depending on the size of the winner, and stock available.
Exact specifications of the bike (color, specs, wheels etc.) will be dependent on the availability based on the winners’ size.
7. Odds: The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
8. Winner Selection Requirements & Notification: Winners must complete the relevant details on the relevant web page to be in with a chance of winning the prize. Opting in to marketing is not required for success.
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The draw will take place within seven days of the competition closing date. The winner will be notified via email or direct message within 14 days of the draw date. Winners will be notified via the social media platform or email address through which they entered. If a Winner fails to claim the prize within five days or is found ineligible, an alternate Winner may be selected.
9. Rights Granted by You: By entering the Giveaway, you grant the Sponsor the right to use your likeness, entry, name, photo, and any other submitted content for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
10. Terms & Conditions: The Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate the Giveaway if unauthorized intervention, fraud, or other factors beyond the Sponsor’s control affect its fairness.
11. Limitation of Liability: Participants agree to release the Sponsor from any claims, liability, or damages arising from participation in the Giveaway.
12. Privacy Policy: Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy on the Sponsor’s website here.
