Being a Professional Triathlete is a full time job in and of itself, but Rach McBride also works part time at a sexual health charity because of her passion to help people in this area. Rach discusses with Cody Beals how she manages it from a workload and concentration perspective when they still have their training and making sure that they are not drained on their shift as a result of training.
