At the age of 24 Sam Long is undoubtedly one of the rising stars of triathlon and already has a number of race victories to his name. In a short time he has gone from all out Ben Hoffman fanboy to training alongside Ben and other world class triathlon and endurance athletes. Sam’s approach to triathlon has been “fake it until you make it” so who knows what he will be capable of when he realises that he is a future star of the sport.
