PTO Supports Peace In Ukraine

24 May 2022

St. George, Utah:  PTO Professional Triathletes came together to show their support for Peace in Ukraine at the recent Ironman® World Championship in St. George, Utah, joining other professional sportswomen and men around the world.

“It was important for PTO Professionals to take a moment out of their preparation and join all peace-loving people to support those who are suffering the horrors of the war,” said two-time Ironman® World Champion Patrick Lange, who helped lead the gathering of PTO Professionals at the season’s first championship event—the Intermountain Ironman® World Championship.

“We are supporting the Ironman Foundation Ukrainian Relief Fund as well as the International Committee of the Red Cross, both of whom who are providing vital assistance to refugees and others suffering. We encourage those who would like to join us to make any donations at https://ironmanfoundation.org/relief/ or www.icrc.org.”

“As PTO Professionals we are looking at additional ways we can contribute to the fundraising so desperately needed to alleviate the suffering caused by the war and hope to share more details over the summer.”
